I have just signed up for Yoga classes. I used to do Yoga when I was in college and just sort of forgot about it when I started working. Now I have made a commitment to get back into it. I really needed to find Yoga Accessories discount coupons so I could afford what I needed better and I found it. You know I love a bargain.

Then one of my friends just had a baby and still needed some things for the new baby so I searched out Land of Nod discount coupons and found the stroller that she wanted at a discount. The Internet is such a great place to find bargains.

Girls night together

With the passing of Patrick Swayze, we have decided to have a girls night together here at home. In remembrance of Patrick, we’ll be watching our favorite movies that he has made namely Dirty Dancing, Ghost, and Road House. There are many more great movies he made too but those are our favorites. I have a feeling we’ll be watching many more this week too.

God be with his loving wife Lisa Nieme and his family because they have lost a family member where we lost a great entertainer. Rest in peace Patrick and you will not be forgotten!!!

What’s the big deal?

You see commercials on TV all the time for something to help men with ED. I don’t see what the big deal is about admitting you are taking something like that but a lot of men are ashamed apparently. Simon Cowell turned down a lot of money to be a spokesperson for Viagra. Why? Did you know that you can even get Viagra online now? Well you can so if you’re too embarrassed to go to your local drug store to purchase your Viagra, that’s not a problem at all.

Like I said, I don’t see what the big deal is when there are so many men that take it like Bob Dole for instance. I admire him for standing up and admitting he uses the product. There are several health reason why men get ED including medications they may be on or illnesses like Diabetes. Even Rush Limbaugh admitted to taking it. In fact, there seems to be a long line of famous people that use Viagra like Paul McCartney, James Caan, and even Enrique Iglesias. You don’t have to be an elderly gentleman to use it either considering Enrique is only 34 I believe. I guess it’s the ‘manly’ thing that gets in their way but I say ‘Great’ to those able to admit it. There’s no shame in it at all.

Well my father is 78 today. I’m so glad that I still have him because he has had 7 heart attacks already and is still kicking. I can’t help but to worry if and/or when he has another one, that might be the last one. But I’m not worrying about all of that. I’m just going to enjoy him while he’s still with us. Besides, God isn’t going to take him until it’s his time to go and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it when it’s his turn.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY AND HOPEFULLY MANY, MANY MORE!! I LOVE YOU!!!!

Speaking of Fashion

I think it’s wonderful that many fashion shows are requiring the models to have a check up before they can be in their fashion show. I guess the loss of a runway model a year or so ago because of anorexia, the fashion world has had to open their eyes finally. This isn’t just a problem with models, it’s also a problem for young girls too. Watch this and see if the information helps you or can help someone else. I sure hope so!!

One thing I am always conscious of is my health. I take only natural vitamins and try really hard not to take prescription medications unless I absolutely have to. Since I have found nu skin, I couldn’t be happier. It’s not just for your skin but for your over all health. They have a wide variety of skin care products as well as nutritional supplements too.

I’m pretty sure you have probably heard of the company but just in case you haven’t, I thought I would tell you about them so you could check them out. I bet you’ll find something you would like to try and once you do, I bet you’ll purchase them again.

Is your weather as crazy as ours?

Yesterday, I kid you not, my thermometer in my car said it was 100 degrees around 3:30 in the afternoon. The day before that, it was about 97 I believe the weather guy said. Talk about hot, man was it ever those two days. That’s the kind of weather that makes you think about going to Alaska on a cruise or something.

Well today, guess what the temperature has been? It hasn’t gotten out of the 70’s. Now how crazy is that? It feels so very much better than the last two days but that’s over a 20 degree drop. I even think they said over the next couple of days, the mid 80’s is the highest we will see. That doesn’t hurt my feelings at all.

There’s nothing I hate more than taking a shower, fixing my hair and make-up only to walk out of the door to go to work and everything just melts!! Do you know what I mean?

Amazing animals

Animals amaze me!!! Here’s a video from the CBS news that was done just before Mothers Day about just how amazing animals can be as mothers. It warms my heart to see this type of love. It’s a shame more humans aren’t this way towards a child just because it’s a child. Ya know?

A friend of mine has been a smoker since high school. She’s tried to quit several but has only been able to ’stop’ for awhile. In fact, she stopped for 7 months once and could kick her own rear for starting back up. She is concerned about her health because after all, we all know the horror stories of smoking. I just don’t want to see that happen to her at all. She has a couple of young children and a husband that loves her so she needs to be around for a long time yet.

She found something that just might work for her this time. It’s an electric cigarette. They look and feel like a regular cigarette but way less harmful to you than a traditional tobacco cigarette. There’s no tar, and carcinogens like there are with tobacco cigarettes. Yes you still get the nicotine but you are also inhaling a clean water vapor that even looks and feels like a tobacco cigarette. Oh and you can actually ’smoke’ them in non-smoking restaurants and public places because they’re not really ’smoking’. If she must smoke, I would much rather see her with these than a tobacco cigarette and the price is cheaper now too so she’s not only helping her health, but also saving some of her hard earned money too.

I need some new Rx eyeglasses

Don’t you just hate to spend all of that money on Rx eyeglasses. I sure do. I need a pair to see and also a pair of Rx sunglasses. I have allergies so contacts aren’t an option. However I have found the perfect answer for me and possibly you too. All you have to do is check out eyeglasses online and I promise you that you will be so very glad you did. Believe it or not but you can even get Rx eyeglasses for as low as $8 a pair. Can you believe that? And get this, they’re not ugly either. They’re actually very stylish.

I can have a pair to go with several different outfits if I want at these prices. In fact, I could even change my eyeglasses with my mood and you know how us ladies can change our mood on the drop of a dime. There’s even a couple of children in our neighborhood that wear eyeglasses and their father lost his job about 7 months ago. I might offer to buy them each a new pair of eyeglasses for back to school. That’s what’s so awesome about this site, it allows you to be able to afford eyeglasses for others that can’t afford them. I love that. What do you think about these?
