What a day!!!

I’m sure we have all had one of those days when we should have stayed in bed, well I just had one. I got up and it was raining. Great!! So I fixed my hair and got ready for work. When I walked out, I stepped in a puddle with my new shoes on and knew right then that the day wasn’t starting out very well at all. I got in my car, darn it I got mud in it. Then when I was pulling out of the driveway, my neighbors cat ran across my driveway and I hit him. What a lousy way to start the day off.
Then I realized something. Okay, we really the rain so that was a blessing. When I stepped in the puddle, at least the muddy water didn’t get inside my shoes so that was a blessing. The mud I got in my car was only on the floor mats so that was a blessing. As for the cat, it was fine and maybe now he will stop running across my driveway so much. When you look at it that way, it was a pretty good morning after all. It’s all in how you look at life, ya know!!!
