A friend of mine lost his job so it’s back to school

A friend of mine just lost his job. He’s having a heck of a time finding another job with the economy like it is so he decided to go to school to operate heavy equipment. He loves working outside even when it’s cold and said that they will always need people to operate heavy equipment.
He’s right about that because they are always building new roads, new housing developments (but that one I just don’t understand with the housing market like it is) and anything else that uses heavy equipment to clear off debris or whatever. Besides, the pay is great and the school will even help you find a job too.
