History was made today

I bet more people watched the inauguration today than any other ever in history. Why? Because history was made right before our eyes. It’s official now. We welcome President Barack Obama and First Lady Michele Obama along with their two adorable daughters, Malia and Sasha, to the White House. I hope I spelled his daughters names right and beg your forgiveness if I didn’t. I think both of them are beautiful names.
I only wish that Dr. Martin Luthor King Jr. could have seen this moment. It’s a crying shame that his wife passed away before seeing her husbands dream fulfilled too. But I’m sure Dr. Kings children were there. This event gave them a first hand look at what their father died fighting for. It was not a senseless death either. All men are created equal and now that sounds even more real to me. I was honored to watch history in the making today.
