Best buddy having a baby

One of my best buddies from high school is having a baby. In fact, the three of us are throwing her a shower in two weeks. Babies are the best, ya know. I love the way they smell, well when their diaper isn’t full that is. I love hearing a baby laugh too. One of these days, I’ll find ‘Mr. Wonderful,’ get married and have a couple of kids for myself. But until then, I get to help spoil her baby.
They have the coolest things for babies now too. Have you seen those baby slings? They are just the neatest things I have ever seen. They keep the baby close to you and all snuggled up to you and yet allow you to have your hands free to do other things you might need to do like fold laundry even. Well that’s what I’m getting her for her shower. The other girls are getting other things she’s going to need like baby hooded towels and bottles.
The baby sling I picked out is baby k tan sling carrier. She’s absolutely going to love this thing. I never knew they made them like this one but it’s the best I think. Then again, what do I know when I don’t have any kids? Well my mother said it’s the best so that’s all I needed to hear.
